COSMO updated TradeManagerPlus [1.20.X-26.2]: Villager Trade Control & Custom Item Support with a new update entry:

2.0.3

Fixed an issue where Per-Player Max Uses was being bypassed.

Improved PacketEvents interaction with Per-Player Max Uses (it no longer forcefully re-opens the merchant window, causing items to be forcefully removed from player hands and randomly into their inventory)
