Can you update to 3.9.1?
3.9.1 is support 1.8x-1.12x

Cosmo can you downgrade to 3.9.1?
because that version is the only one that supports 1.8 (For 1.8 to 1.12.2 use v3.9.1! For 1.13+ use the latest version)
