What's fixed:
- ExecutableBlocks runs much lighter on big servers. Every step a player took made the plugin look at all the placed blocks of the server. With thousands of blocks and lots of players, that was eating your TPS. It now only looks around the player.
- ExecutableBlocks: deleted blocks stay deleted. After /eb delete, the placed copies of a block could keep working...
