Fixed an issue with Global Settings for Vanilla Overrides not applying settings.

Improved the GUI for a cleaner look, I've also removed the old nether star and armor stand that represented "+" and "=" and we use banners now instead.

Added {enchants=ENCHANTMENT:LEVEL} support for disabled trades. As well as {enchants=ALL} for disabled trades.

Added a preview for disabled items in /trademanager, so you can clearly see what it's disabling when hovering over the disabled item.

Added much needed comments in the config file to properly explain the format of the stuff you can do in the config files as of recently. Please read it if you'd like to know what's possible! (Otherwise, join the discord and feel free to ask)
