Rome Vibes Civics is a civic-service NPC pack made for Roman-inspired Minecraft servers.
The pack adds two animated NPCs for core server navigation: a Guide for help, info, tutorials, or server menus, and a Jobs Master for jobs, economy, professions, or activity boards. Both NPCs are designed for spawn areas and RPG hubs where players need clear interactive points without breaking the visual style of the map.
Each NPC includes 3 animation states:

• Idle Animation — plays constantly as the default loop.
• Idle2 Animation — plays randomly.
• Wave / Hello Animation — plays when a player comes within 4 blocks, with a 15-second cooldown.

The full package also includes matching Roman-style furniture to build a complete civic corner around them: signs, map boards, notice boards, a welcome monument, a cash register, and a tool stand.
