Added 1.20.2 support​

Thanks to Dreeam : Added 1.20.2 support !

Fixed an issue with ProtocolLib, and another with webhook.

Yes, it's the smallest update of Negativity v2 I ever made because I don't have the motivation, the time to update it. Sorry for this.

- Folia support (can be not fully working)

Fixed:
- Various error with Geyser/Floodgate
- ViaVersion issue
- Spigot version issue with 1.12 or 1.18
- Possible performance issue with more than 60 players

False flag:
- UnexpectedPacket when leaving vehicle
- Cobweb/Shulkerbox could trigger speed/fly
- No flag when in spectator

New: We read packets by ourself ! This changes :
- Less depending of the platform
- Less depending of NMS
- More depending about packet manipulation as ViaVersion does
- Be able to ensure packets are fine for servers

Fix :

- The proof inventory wasn't always working
- Some files could be broken, they will be automatically fixed

Some parts of code have been cleaned and the compensating feature is coming, but take times to be fine.

- DkBans support. Plugin abandonned.
- ProtocolSupport. Plugin abandonned and no working API.

Checks updated:
- New critical check
- Aimbot ratio check
- Jesus check
- Internal refactor of multiple cheats
- Scaffold check
- General check data to more optimize them.

False flag fixed:
- UnexpectedPacket sometimes while joining
- FastPlace while not moving
- Some with bedrock users

- Some issues with mcleaks
- File saver
- Can't do /nwarn for offline players
- Sponge 8 lore

Add Minestom support !

Upgrade Fabric support to 1.19.2. For 1.18.2 & 1.19 build, come on discord. We working on way as ViaVersion to support all of them.

After this version, spigot 1.7.10 support is dropped. Don't worry, spigot 1.8.x & more will stay.
