Great news! After many requests, I am pleased to announce that Deluxe-Announce now has 100% native support for Velocity. We have achieved full parity with BungeeCord, ensuring you don't lose any functionality when switching proxies.

Technical Requirements

• Java 21 Required: Starting with this version, the plugin officially requires Java 21. Support for Java 17 has ended. Please ensure you update your server's runtime environment (JRE/JDK) before installing.
• Minecraft Version: This version now exclusively supports Minecraft 1.16.5 and newer. Support for older versions has been dropped.

What's New in Velocity

• Automatic Announcements: All features available in the BungeeCord version.
• Donation Commands: Full management system.
• Unified Experience: Welcome messages and configurations identical to the BungeeCord version.

IMPORTANT: BREAKING CHANGES
Before updating, it is MANDATORY to create a full backup of your current configuration folder.

We have recoded the core to unify both platforms. This means the file structure has changed drastically:

• Goodbye to the `b-` prefix: The old `b-<filename>.yml` extensions have been removed.
• Total Restructuring: All files have been organized into a new common hierarchy.
• Notice for BungeeCord users: Due to this restructuring, this update will break your existing configuration files. It is highly recommended to delete your old configuration folder and allow the plugin to generate the new paths upon the first launch.

Discord API Update
The Discord API implementation has been updated to improve stability. If you use the Artz Studio bot, you must download the latest version to avoid conflicts: ArtzStudio-Bot

• Perfect and undistorted avatars: We improved how player images are displayed in the chat. They now maintain their correct proportions without stretching, and transparent backgrounds are fully supported without leaving black squares.
  
  Faster and lighter: The plugin is now much smarter at loading images. They appear instantly and use fewer resources, helping your server run smoothly.
  
  Visual bug fixes: We fixed those annoying glitches that caused chat text to accidentally change color or formatting when an avatar was displayed

• SkinsRestorer Compatibility: Added dynamic support for head textures in the /storestats command. Textures will now correctly update and display even when players change their appearance using the SkinsRestorer plugin.
  
  Discord Webhooks: Fixed an issue that prevented placeholders from parsing correctly. All variables and data are now properly replaced and sent through the Discord webhook.
