- Added two new placeholders:

%surfevents_playing-name% - Return the name of the game that the player is playing.

%surfevents_playing-type% - Return the type of the game that the player is playing.

- Now in horserace, topkiller and quake, if there are not enough spawn locations available, the remaining players will spawn in some locations where there are other players as well (that will also fix an issue that was making speedbuilders not start)

The HungerGames minigame is finally included in SurfEvents!

Here is a brief description of the unique features of this minigame:

• Players will spawn in an arena and must try to collect items from chests spread across the map.
  
  
• Air drops will be released at regular intervals. They contain better items.
  
  
• The last remaining player (or duo) wins.
