Each relic has quality. From 0 to 100%. Depending on the quality of the item, it will have different qualities.

For example:
At 10% quality the pickaxe will dig 1 block forward;
At 30% 3 blocks forward;
At 70% 3v3 and 5 blocks forward.
And at the same time, you can set sound and animation for each quality. In addition, it is possible to add damage, passive effects, enchantments,crafting and etc.

You can create relics through the in-game menu (/relics constructor), as well as through the config.
The setting is based on the many qualities of the relic you specify.
Under each window there is a hint on how to enter the parameter.
