Fix compatability with earlier versions

The dupe fix broke compatibility with some older versions of Minecraft, this is an update to fix the compatibility. Sorry everybody!

Fix lag spikes from ip lookup

Changed a method of ip lookup to avoid causing lag when players join. Also, will only check if server has same ip trading disabled

Reduce server load, allow-shift-right-click config option, other fixes

- The check for denying same IP trading was causing a heavy performance impact. This update should reduce load by limiting the checks to once when each player joins.
- allow-shift-right-click option can be set to 'false' to disable the shift right-clicking to initiate a trade. Thanks to PhoenixmitX for submitting a pull request for this feature
- A couple minor code efficiency updates
