Projectile bullet total rewrite part 2:
- Reduced RX count for packet armorstand bullets
- Obey minecraft render distance settings with packet bullets
- Fixed some orientation glitches with missiles

* `%mythic_var_global_someVar%` -> returns the global var someVar
* `%mythic_var__someVar%` -> returns the var someVar of the specified player
