Development Changelog:
- Fixed the Adaptation Architect Foundation to use the player sound instead of global
- Added the Worldguard. Factions API to deny an adaptation.
- Global Boost command*
- Hotloading is now working / should be fully functional (opens and closes the window too)
- Blink is safer, probably. report issues
- Lots of changes to the registry / new imported libraries

You might want to remove the adapt skill files for the hunter skills so they can be regenerated ti have the new values or things will be broken.
