Made warp cost more consistent everywhere - now uses one method
Added an abstract method to the currency class to be able to determine if a currency supports decimals or not
Added debug for refunding a player upon warp removal
Fixed rate command for new players that have joined the server
Serialize the item configuration path for made offline containers, so that the itemstack is injected into the currency object when removing a warp.
Added transferall admin command
Added a way for you to list warps you're an admin in.
