Improved the performance and efficiency of the update checker
CRITICAL UPDATE
Added ranked mode! Fully implemented the ELO stat. It can now be tracked like other stats and displayed
Added the placeholder %elo% for the built in scoreboard and %skywars_elo% for PlaceholderAPI
You can now completely customize the arena selector design and layout
You now have to add arenas manually in the arena-selector.yml if you want them to show in the arena selector (because the design is manual now)

You can now change/translate party privacy, players, and leader items in the gui. You can also translate the main party menu
