Not working at all in 1.21.7 and no supported version information posted here. No link to Discord. Dead project?

I don't know if I was wrong about something, let's say I put the plugin and I put on the texture pack but when I entered minecraft I was surrounded by several strangely shaped maps. I investigated it and I can't, if there is any step to make it work, hopefully someone can help me
