Added support for Minecraft v26.3
Added /regen redefine set to change a region's corners, using typed coordinates or your pos1 and pos2
Added /regen redefine expand to grow or shrink a region by adding or subtracting from its corners
Added /regen show <region> to outline a region with particles (only you can see it)
Turning bypass mode off now updates the snapshots of the regions you edited
Improved performance: block breaks no longer re-read the config, and long-running servers use less memory
